Contract conclusion and performance – In order for the Company to conclude and perform a contract with the Client, providing high-quality services and customer support, it must collect and process certain personal data that is obtained before the conclusion of the contract or during an already existing contractual relationship with the Company.
Legitimate interests of the Company – Taking into account the Company’s interests, which are based on providing high-quality services and timely support to the Client, the Company is entitled to process the Client’s personal data to the extent that is objectively necessary for these purposes.
